Our participation in farmers markets is a key for our community outreach. These markets offer more than just fresh produce they provide an opportunity to interact, learn, and grow. When we visit these markets, we’re not just customers; we’re part of a collective effort to create positive change in the way we think about food, health, and community.
We are actively working to increase access to these markets in food deserts, making sure that everyone, regardless of location or income, has the opportunity to purchase healthy food and connect with local farmers who care about their health and the planet.

At 3’s A Treat, we believe that community is the cornerstone of health. Whether we’re at the local farmers market, visiting sustainable farms, or sharing knowledge through workshops, we see the power of coming together to create positive change in our neighborhoods. The connections we make in our community are not just about buying fresh produce or learning how to grow our own food; they are about empowering each other to build a healthier, more connected future for all.
Food deserts are areas where access to fresh, healthy food is limited or nonexistent and are a real issue for many communities. We’re committed to addressing this by bringing the farmers market experience to underserved areas, creating spaces where local, nutritious food is accessible, and where people can connect with their food on a deeper level.
We’re not just here to sell; we’re here to educate, engage, and empower. By supporting local farmers and participating in farmers markets, we help to create a healthier, more sustainable food system that breaks down the barriers of food insecurity and combats the health disparities caused by lack of access to good nutrition.
"Respect nature, stay simple, and grow with love."

"I started this journey as a beekeeper, to spread my learning experience with local friends, family and to help others and put allergies on the "back burner".
We’re passionate about local, sustainable farming. Our visits to local farms, such as honey farms, are integral to our mission of fostering connections within the community. Local honey, for example, is not just a sweet treat it’s a natural remedy for those with allergies, specifically to the pollen in the area. Supporting these farms means we’re investing in our own health and the health of the local economy.
Through local partnerships, we are not only advocating for better access to food but also supporting the healing properties of nature. Honey, herbs, vegetables, and fruits grown in local environments can help our bodies adapt to and thrive in our unique surroundings.
As a community, we have the opportunity to heal each other not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. When we come together to support local farms, buy fresh food, and share knowledge, we create a ripple effect of empowerment, resilience, and change.
By joining us in this movement, you’re not just getting access to healthy food—you’re becoming part of something bigger. Together, we can fight food disparities, support local businesses, and create a healthier, more vibrant community for all.
